Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent.
• Minimum 1 year of warehouse or physical labor experience.
• Ability to regularly lift up to 50 pounds.
• Basic computer and scanning tool proficiency.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work at a consistent pace.
• Experience in plumbing, irrigation, or wholesale distribution preferred.
• Familiarity with shipping software or ERP systems preferred.
• Experience operating pallet jacks, forklifts, or other material-handling equipment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Pick, pack, and stage orders for delivery or customer pickup.
• Load delivery trucks safely and accurately according to route and order requirements.
• Verify outgoing shipments against packing slips and sales orders.
• Ensure proper labeling, handling, and secure loading of all outgoing inventory.
• Assist with maintaining accurate shipping documentation and paperwork.
• Communicate effectively with warehouse leads, drivers, and counter sales staff.
• Report shortages, damages, or shipping delays to the appropriate supervisor.
• Work cooperatively with team members to meet daily shipping goals.
• Follow direction from warehouse leadership to maintain steady and accurate workflow.
• Keep staging and loading areas clean, organized, and free of hazards.
• Assist in other warehouse areas as needed, including stocking or receiving.
• Follow all company safety procedures and use equipment responsibly.
