Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent.
5+ years of warehouse supervision experience with demonstrated experience overseeing shipping operations.
Strong computer proficiency and ability to learn warehouse management systems.
Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and time management skills.
Effective communicator, able to present and explain information clearly.
Decisive and proactive in resolving challenges.

Responsibilities

Oversee second shift picking, packing, and shipping.
Lead, train, and develop associates and team leads to achieve performance goals.
Monitor production and quality control metrics; identify issues and implement solutions.
Organize workflows, prioritize tasks, and maintain accurate inventory management.
Enforce safety and compliance standards throughout the shift.
