Qualifications

• Experience in a distribution center; leadership or supervisory experience is a plus.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to manage moderately complex tasks.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Excellent organizational skills with sharp attention to detail.
• Physical stamina to lift 50 lbs and remain on your feet (standing/walking) for at least 90% of the shift.
• Experience using pallet jacks, dollies, and other warehouse equipment.
• A collaborative, team-focused mindset with a proactive work ethic.
• Basic proficiency with computers and warehouse systems.

Responsibilities

• Receive, stock, and package inbound and returned merchandise.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and manage stock organization.
• Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks, dollies, or forklifts.
• Ensure safety and cleanliness standards are consistently met.
• Support team members through communication and collaboration.
• Assist with special projects or leadership tasks as experience allows.
