Jones Dairy Farm, a family owned and operated business in Fort Atkinson, WI, is seeking 2nd Shift Shipping Room Helpers. You will handle accurate, timely movement of goods, inspect deliveries, label items, and maintain logs to ensure customer satisfaction and efficiency.

The role requires lifting up to 40 lbs, the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and adherence to GMP and safety guidelines. Training provided; benefits include comprehensive health and retirement plans.

Qualifications

• Ability to lift and carry up to 40 lbs.
• Experience working in a freezer/cooler environment.
• Attention to detail in documentation.
• Capable of working in a fast-paced setting.
• Basic reading, writing, counting and label-checking skills.
• Adhere to GMP and safety guidelines.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Effective team communication.

Responsibilities

• Inspect incoming deliveries for damage, discrepancies, or missing items and report issues promptly.
• Retrieve items from storage, package securely, and attach labels/documentation.
• Prepare shipping/receiving reports and update shipment tracking data; report delays.
• Follow company policies, safety procedures, and environmental regulations.
• Complete routine paperwork.
• Process product orders, register deliveries, and distribute packages.
• Organize, clean, stock, count inventory, and maintain logs.
• Assist with troubleshooting shipping issues.
