Job summary

Valence Surface Technologies in Garden Grove, CA is seeking a Packaging Specialist for a full-time 2nd shift (3:30pm - 12:00am). The role involves packaging parts for shipment, measuring and counting materials, inspecting containers for compliance, and maintaining accurate packing records.

Responsibilities include sealing, stacking, and labeling, assembling cartons and crates, and ensuring the integrity of parts after processing.

Qualifications

• Packaging and inspection experience.
• Attention to detail and ability to follow packing specifications.

Responsibilities

• Pack parts for shipment following packing specifications.
• Measure, weigh, and count products and materials.
• Inspect containers, materials, and products for packaging compliance.
• Keep documentation with materials and record packaging data.
• Seal containers using stretch wrap, tape, and other materials.
• Assemble cartons, crates, and containers with hand tools.
• Clean containers, materials, and work areas.
• Follow supervisor instructions for tasks.
• Ensure parts integrity after processing.
• Visually inspect completed packaging.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
