Job summary

RBC Bearings seeks a Shipping/Receiving A Shift in Belton, SC to visually inspect, assemble, and package products to customer specs and to move materials within the plant and yard. This full-time role reports to the Manufacturing/Warehouse Supervisor and participates in a team environment.

The position operates 8am-6pm Monday through Thursday with overtime as needed; requires SAP (bus), Excel and Word proficiency, and forklift certification.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is highly desired.
• 6 months experience in an industrial manufacturing environment is desirable.
• Must obtain certification to operate a fork truck.

Responsibilities

• Pull orders for assembly technicians and place parts in correct locations.
• Load, unload and move materials within the plant, yard, or work site.
• Inspect, assemble and package products to customer specifications.
• Work with little or no supervision and contribute in a team environment.
• Operate hoists and material handling equipment and maintain inventory accuracy.
