Job summary

International Paper in Ellenwood, GA is hiring a Shipping Lead for 2nd shift (3pm–11pm) at our Ellenwood Warehouse. The hourly position pays $25.39 per hour and requires learning the Witron system, coordinating billing, reports, and scheduling shipments while keeping inventory accurate and FIFO-ed.

You will support clerks, loaders, and bander operators, communicate with customers and drivers, and ensure safe work practices, timely trailer movements, and proper inventory control.

Qualifications

• Experience in warehouse operations and shipping.
• Ability to learn Witron and perform billing/reports.
• Strong communication with customers, drivers and team.
• Knowledge of FIFO inventory practices.
• Must be able to support clerks, loaders and bander operators.

Responsibilities

• Ensure safe work practices are followed.
• Pull all orders from Witron and maintain inventory accuracy.
• Coordinate and communicate with customers, suppliers, drivers and dispatchers.
• Keep trailers unloaded and inventories up to date.
• Run end-of-month and other required shipping reports.
• Complete accurate inventory, fulfill pallet needs and yard checks.
