Pratt Industries in Rockwall, TX is hiring a 2nd Shift Shipping Clerk to plan loads, assemble deliveries, and help maximize trailer utilization.

You will set up delivery appointments, arrange customer pickups, prepare bills for all loads, and communicate outbound schedules with logistics; forklift operation and Excel reporting are required.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills.
• Experience with Microsoft Excel.
• Prior forklift operator experience.
• Experience in the corrugated industry is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Set up delivery appointments for loads planned.
• Set up customer pick ups.
• Cut bills for all loads.
• Communicate with logistics about outbound loads and delivery times.
• Must be qualified to properly operate the forklift.
