Job summary

Employee Magnets, Inc. is seeking a Tech L1 Server Repair for the 2nd shift to test, troubleshoot, and replace parts on servers sent for diagnosis and repair, ensuring proper functionality.

The role requires a high school diploma and basic server/networking knowledge; prior repair depot experience is preferred. You will document results and collaborate with QC and motherboard testing teams to ensure quality and timely repairs.

Qualifications

• Requires high school diploma or equivalent.
• Prefer 1 year experience in Repair Depot.
• Prefer experience in a low production PC-type environment.
• Must be able to read and write English.

Responsibilities

• Inspect, test, and diagnose servers.
• Replace parts as needed.
• Conduct and analyze server stress tests.
• Document all symptoms, test results, and parts replaced in shop floor tool.
• Collaborate with motherboard repair, motherboard testing, QC, and inspections personnel.
• Provide back up for QC, inspection, and motherboard testing.
• Maintain parts consumption.
• Other duties as assigned by leadership.
