Job summary

Schnellecke Logistics USA is seeking a Sequence Team Lead to coordinate personnel, equipment, and inventory to meet daily production goals in a warehouse environment. The role emphasizes safety, quality, and adherence to SOPs while guiding associates in a fast-paced operation.

You will drive Lean and 5S initiatives, communicate production updates to management, coordinate cross-functional workflows, and maintain manpower reports to support continuous improvement across the area.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Experience in supply chain, material flow, or warehouse operations preferred.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and Outlook.
  • Knowledge of safety and quality standards.
  • Must be able to pass a criminal background check.
  • Must be able to pass a drug screening.

Description

The Sequence Team Lead role is responsible for coordinating personnel, equipment, and inventory to meet daily operational goals.
