Job summary

Titan Security is seeking a front desk/door staff team member in Oak Brook, IL. You will provide top‑level customer service, manage access for tenants and visitors, and perform front desk duties including logging activities and monitoring cameras.

Responsibilities include patrolling, incident response, and maintaining a safe environment, with shifts Thu–Mon starting pay of $19.50/hour. Requires HS diploma, IL PERC, and ability to lift 50+ lbs.

Qualifications

• Must have experience as a door staff, receptionist, or in customer service, clerical, hotel or restaurant roles.
• Able to read, write, speak and understand English.
• Able to pass pre-employment drug screen and criminal background check.
• Able to acquire and maintain PERC license in Illinois.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent Customer Service to all parties on duty and assist with directions and information.
• Maintain clear administrative logs at front desk for people or property and packages.
• Control access for tenants, visitors or vendors as required.
• Monitor security cameras and patrol to guard against theft and maintain safety.
• Respond to incidents and emergencies and record data for Titan Security management.

• Provide excellent Customer Service to all parties encountered while on duty, including assisting with directions and general business information
• Maintain clear, accurate administrative logs at front desk pertaining to people or property including packages.
• Control access for tenants, visitors or vendors as required
• Monitor security guard cameras and conduct patrols to guard against theft and maintain a safe environment
• Respond to incidents, including emergencies at the property, and record data on incidents for building and Titan Security management
• Other duties as assigned

Required Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Must have experience as a door staff professional or in a receptionist, customer service, clerical, hotel or restaurant position.
• Must be comfortable around dogs, cats, and other pets/animals
• High School diploma or general education degree (GED)
• Able to acquire and maintain a valid Illinois Permanent Employee Registration Card (PERC), including state accredited training requirements
• Able to pass pre-employment drug screen and criminal background check.
• Able to read, write, speak, and understand English
• Able to meet physical essential functions of the job, which can include lifting 50+ lbs, completing foot patrols, walking up and down stairs, working in inclement weather

Preferred Qualifications

• Bi-lingual considered a plus.
• Evening, overnight, and weekend availability required
