Job summary

DK Security, Inc., Michigan’s fastest growing security company, seeks Uniformed Security Officers for 2nd shift in Howard City, MI. You will protect buildings, grounds, assets, employees and visitors while delivering outstanding customer service.

Responsibilities include guarding posts, patrolling, identifying unauthorized entrants, verifying IDs, and reporting incidents. Must meet minimum requirements, pass drug screening, and be willing to obtain CPR/First Aid/AED certification.

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Guard posts at entry/exit points.
• Conduct foot and/or vehicle patrols of the grounds.
• Ensure unauthorized persons do not enter restricted areas.
• Check employee, vendor, and visitor identifications.
• Look for suspicious people, packages, and activities.
• Follow site-specific post guidelines.
• Document daily activities and report incidents.
• Other duties as assigned.
