HES Facilities is looking for custodial staff in Davidson, NC to perform cleaning tasks across educational facilities. The role includes floor care, window cleaning, and general maintenance to ensure safe, clean environments for students and staff.

Qualifications

• Able to read, write and comprehend at a level appropriate to the duties of the position.
• Good interpersonal skills and ability to work with a diverse group of people.
• Willingness to learn and complete required checks.

Responsibilities

• Sweep, mop, vacuum, scrub, and wax floors.
• Machine shampoo carpeting.
• Clean walls, vents, fixtures, and windows.
• Wash interior and exterior windows and glass doors.
• Empty trash and maintain entrances and restrooms.
• Change interior light bulbs within reach.
• Notify management of repairs and safety concerns.
• Remove snow/ice and apply de-icing products as needed.
• Organize custodial closets and supply rooms.
• Move and set up furniture for events as directed.
