Job summary

Hitachi Energy USA Inc. in Alamo, TN, is seeking a Machine Shop Saw Operator for the 2nd shift to join our manufacturing team. You will operate Behringer saws to cut bar stock, slugs, CT tubes and other materials, ensuring parts meet drawings and quality standards.

The role requires a high school diploma and familiarity with SAP for inventory transactions. Experience with overhead cranes and rigging will be an asset; teamwork and safety adherence are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Associates degree or technical certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Operate Behringer saws to cut bar stock, slugs, CT tubes and other materials.
• Perform SAP transactions for inventory accuracy.
• Order material using on-site material management programs.
• Safe transport and storage of all raw materials in the machine shop using overhead crane and forklift.
• Produce parts as drawn and ensure adherence to CCL guidelines.
