Lippert is seeking a Team Member to support the production line by cutting material to specification. Day-to-day tasks vary with schedules and blueprints, with strict adherence to Lippert safety and quality standards. The role involves hands-on material handling, lifting, and staying organized on the shop floor.

Qualifications include basic math, blueprint reading, and the ability to read a tape measure. This is a full-time hourly position with local travel minimal, and comprehensive benefits

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Manufacturing/industrial experience preferred.
• Welding education or experience preferred.
