Three Dog Bakery is hiring a Sanitation Associate for 2nd shift (3:00 PM - 2:00 AM, Mon-Thu) to maintain a clean and compliant production facility in the United States. You will sanitize equipment, manage cleaning tasks, and help ensure a safe environment for all staff.

Ideal candidates have prior sanitation experience, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifikationen

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Proven experience in sanitation or in a similar role.
• Ability to work independently and take initiative to address cleanliness needs.
• Knowledge of cleaning chemicals, equipment, and procedures.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards.
• Physical ability to perform tasks that may require lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Must be able to read, write, and communicate in English.
• Must be able to handle ingredients and allergens (peanuts) and proteins (pork).

Aufgaben

• Adhere to established safety protocols and guidelines while performing sanitation duties.
• Uphold a professional and courteous demeanor when interacting with colleagues and visitors.
• Contribute to the overall safety, cleanliness, and positive image of the plant through custodial efforts.
• Collaborate with colleagues and facility management to ensure a cohesive and efficient approach to sanitation responsibilities.
• Routine cleaning of specified areas encompassing manufacturing floor and its equipment.
• Safely operate and maintain cleaning equipment including vacuums, mops, and floor buffers.
• Monitor and replenish cleaning supplies to ensure availability for daily tasks.
• Complete daily checklist and other required paperwork.
• Assist with waste disposal as necessary.
• Identify and report maintenance issues, hazards, or potential improvements.
• Participate in periodic deep-cleaning projects and special assignments as directed by supervisory staff.
