Job summary

Eurofins Scientific is seeking a Sample Registration Support Specialist to enter client samples and manage data in our environment testing lab on the Tuesday-Saturday 2nd shift. This role focuses on accurate data entry, project coordination, and timely delivery of samples to designated centers.

The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma, US work authorization, and at least one year of laboratory experience.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. frequently.
• Proficiency in English reading, writing and speaking.
• Authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Applies GMP/GLP in all areas of responsibility, as appropriate.
• Project management of client projects; liaison between project manager and Sample Registration.
• Delivery of rush samples to appropriate technical centers.
• Maintain client files containing quotes, purchase orders, bottle orders, and incoming sample activity records.
• Read, understand, and carry out standard operating procedures; follow all safety precautions and procedures.
• Provide training assistance within department to new and/or current employees.
• Unpack sample kits and coolers received at lab.
