Job summary

milkrite | InterPuls in Johnson Creek, WI is hiring a 2nd shift Press Operator. The role runs Monday–Friday, 4:00 PM–12:00 AM, with a $1.25/hour shift premium. You’ll operate rubber molding presses to produce high-quality components for dairy equipment and help maintain safe, efficient production.

Qualifications

• Previous manufacturing, production, machine operation, or rubber molding experience is helpful but not required.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor rubber injection mold presses
• Inspect parts to ensure quality
• Trim, grind, and finish molded parts
• Follow work instructions and safety procedures
• Record production information accurately
• Keep work area clean and organized
• Work closely with teammates to keep production moving
• Assist other departments as needed
