Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Load large paper rolls onto the auto-splicing unit and secure chucks.
• Inspect rolls for blemishes and prepare backups with adhesive strips.
• Operate the auto-splicer and adjust for continuous press operation.
• Thread paper through press components per job specs.
• Move heavy rolls with a mechanical truck as needed.
• Keep press and components clean and prepared for sheet-fed presses.
