Job summary

Sheridan is hiring a Manufacturing Associate- Press on the 2nd shift (3:00PM – 11:00PM). This full-time position offers competitive pay with overtime opportunities and on-the-job training.

You will support the printing operation by loading/unloading materials, ensuring product quality, and maintaining a safe, organized workspace while learning manufacturing processes. No prior print industry experience required.

Qualifications

• Requires ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
• Basic math and reading skills.
• Willingness to learn and be trained in printing production.

Responsibilities

• Remove printed materials from the press and stack on pallets.
• Check products for quality issues like smears or folding problems.
• Load, unload, and move materials throughout the facility.
• Count, label, and organize materials.
• Bundle and prepare products for next production stage.
• Assist the press crew with setup, including handling printing plates.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.
