Job summary

Stanley Black & Decker Hesston, KS is seeking a 2nd shift Robot Part Loader to join our robotic welding line. You will assemble sub-assemblies, operate the robot, and ensure safe, high-quality output in a fast-paced environment.

You should have a High School diploma, be able to read blueprints, and commit to standard work while following safety guidelines. The role offers a competitive pay starting at $20.21 per hour and a comprehensive benefits plan.

Qualifications

• High School/GED preferred.
• Must comply with safety standards (Tivex suits, respirator).
• Technical ability to escalate issues when identified.
• Follow standard work as trained by supervisor or OpEx lead.

Responsibilities

• Assemble and fit parts to form sub-assemblies in a robot fixture.
• Operate and control the robot, including cleaning and inspection.
• Read and understand operation standards/blueprints as needed.
• Move and lift parts manually using clamps and hand tools.
