Job summary

Generac Power Systems, Inc. is seeking skilled welders for 2nd shift (Mon-Fri, 3:00 PM - 11:00 PM) with potential Saturday overtime based on business needs. The role includes operating MIG, TIG, and stick processes, reading blueprints, and supporting multiple product lines.

Starting wage is $21.25/hr for Welder I and $25.50/hr for Welder II, plus a 13% shift premium. A quarterly bonus of up to 6% may be earned based on site performance.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or Certification.
• Welder I-III require internal weld tests.
• Ability to read and interpret welding instructions and blueprints.

Responsibilities

• Perform safe and effective operation of welding equipment.
• Flex across products and areas to support business needs.
• Provide training to new employees on work instructions/standard work.
