Qualifications

• Previous MIG welding experience preferred.
• Ability to read and understand basic welding drawings and work instructions.
• Good mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic.
• Willingness to learn new equipment and technology.
• Previous robotic welding experience is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor robotic MIG welding equipment safely and efficiently.
• Load and unload parts and properly position components in welding fixtures.
• Start, stop, and monitor robotic welding cycles.
• Inspect welded parts to ensure they meet quality standards.
• Make basic adjustments to welding parameters and equipment as needed.
• Identify weld defects and notify appropriate personnel for troubleshooting.
• Perform routine cleaning and maintenance of the welding cell and area.
• Maintain production counts and documentation.
• Assist with setup and changeovers between parts and products.
• Follow safety procedures and keep work area organized.
