Job summary

New England Wire Products, Inc. in Kingfield, ME is seeking a dependable 2nd Shift General Laborer to support fabrication and packing operations. This role involves standing for long hours and assisting in quality and warehouse tasks.

You will work with a team to meet production goals, learn packing requirements, and contribute to product quality. On-site training is provided and growth opportunities are available.

Responsibilities

• Stand on your feet for at least 8 hours a day.
• Isolate products not meeting quality standards and send to QC for review.
• Keep the packing area neat and organized at all times.
• Know and follow packing requirements set by the supervisor and execute them.
• Assist in safe receipt, storage, retrieval, and warehouse control of productions and orders.
• Assist in ensuring quality in every aspect of the product.
• Other duties as assigned to the packaging and spot-welding departments.
