Job summary

Christian Care Retirement Community seeks a Full time & PRA 2nd Shift Nurse to positively impact residents' lives. Starting pay is $34.50/hour for an RN and $30.50/hour for a LPN, with a $3.00/hour shift differential for 2nd/3rd shifts and an extra $2.50/hour on weekends; double-time pay on holidays.

Open for both full-time and PRN positions. The nurse will provide compassionate, professional nursing care, assess health needs, develop care plans, administer medications, and monitor residents'

Qualifications

• RN or LPN licensed to practice.
• Ability to administer medications and monitor residents.
• Strong communication with residents, families and care team.

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate nursing care and assess residents' health needs.
• Develop and implement care plans with the care team.
• Administer medications and treatments with accuracy and safety.
• Document assessments and interventions per policy.
• Coordinate with nurses, CNAs, therapists and social workers to ensure resident-centered care.
