Charter Senior Living of Cleveland in Cleveland, TN is hiring a PRN 2nd Shift LPN to join our memory care and assisted living teams. The role offers $28.00–$29.00 per hour (based on experience) and full-time status.

The 2pm-10pm shift requires availability every other weekend and a passion for resident-centered care. We provide flexible scheduling, training, and a range of insurance options to support our licensed nurses as they deliver compassionate, quality care to seniors.

Qualifications

• Active LPN license in good standing.
• Assisted living, memory care, or senior living experience preferred.
• Strong medication management and clinical assessment skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Compassionate and resident-centered approach to care.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• Strong organizational and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care and clinical support to residents
• Assist with resident assessments and care planning processes
• Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders and company policies
• Monitor resident conditions and communicate changes appropriately
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and medication records
• Partner with caregivers, medication technicians, physicians, and families to ensure quality resident care
• Support resident dignity, comfort, and quality of life
• Assist with compliance, infection control, and quality assurance processes
• Support and mentor caregiving staff as needed
• Foster positive relationships with residents, families, and team members
