Job summary

OMNI Systems in Mayfield Heights, OH, seeks a Rewinder/Packer for the second shift to set up and operate production equipment, including Arpeco machines and rewind tables, ensuring efficient workflow and quality packing for shipment.

You will inspect finished goods, label accurately, and maintain a clean, safe work area while documenting quantities and shipment details. The role includes second-shift hours with an attendance incentive after 90 days.

Qualifications

• Minimum high school education or GED.
• Experience in packing/warehouse environments preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and safety awareness.

Responsibilities

• Operate Arpeco and Rewind Table equipment and monitor performance.
• Stack and organize finished goods for shipment.
• Inspect products for quality before packaging and report defects.
• Pack products securely and label for shipment.
• Identify and remove defective items to maintain quality.
• Transport packed goods to loading areas using equipment.
• Maintain accurate packing records and shipment details.
• Keep documentation up-to-date and report concerns promptly.
• Maintain a clean, organized packing area and proper storage of tools and supplies.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
