Job summary

Eaton Corporation in Nacogdoches, TX is seeking a Regs Assembler for the 2nd shift to assemble regulator units by following detailed procedures, including preparing materials, building/testing control boxes, assembling components, and securing units to pallets. Overtime may be required as needed.

The role involves tasks across multiple work centers, signing off on safety and quality checklists, and ensuring efficient production while maintaining safety protocols and 5S+ housekeeping standards.

Qualifications

• Experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Ability to read and follow detailed procedures.
• Able to lift up to 40 lbs and perform physical tasks.

Responsibilities

• Assembles regulator units by following detailed procedures, including preparing materials, building/testing control boxes, assembling components, securing units to pallets, and ensuring quality through inspections and tests.
• Perform tasks across various work centers (palletizing, paint booth, back panel or control box builder, mod assembler, final tester, etc.).
• Sign off on checklists (crane, PIV, TPM, machine guarding).
• Transport pallets to final inspection or paint area and operate related equipment.
• Assemble and connect the control box, install UI bulkhead, and apply sealants; inspect and touch up paint; ensure safety and housekeeping compliance.
