Job summary

Integrated Power Services is seeking an Electrical Reconditioning Technician for a 2nd shift role. The technician will learn to rebuild starters and motor control centers, paint electrical enclosures, and certify components for re-deployment.

The job requires PPE use and respirator fit testing, with emphasis on safety and mechanical/electrical aptitude. Candidates should have a high school diploma or equivalent, the ability to read and modify technical documents, and a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• MUST be able to pass a respirator fit test.
• Ability to work 2nd shift.
• General understanding and firsthand experience with safe work environments.
• Must be comfortable with machinery and have mechanical/electrical aptitude.
• Be able to read, interpret, and modify documents.
• Must possess a valid driver’s license and maintain an excellent driving record.

Responsibilities

• Work with electrical components to rebuild, paint, and certify for re-deployment.
• Paint electrical enclosures using a spray gun in a paint booth.
• Wear required PPE, including a half face respirator for spray painting
