Job summary

FPL Food, LLC is seeking a 2nd Shift Receiving Lead at our THOMASVILLE, GA facility. The role involves operating forklifts to move, stage, and count product, and ensuring inbound and outbound goods meet accuracy and quality standards.

The position requires coordinating a team, training colleagues, and keeping records for inventory accuracy while complying with OSHA and MSDS guidelines. The schedule is Monday–Friday with occasional weekends, 2:30PM or 4PM start.

Qualifications

• Forklift operator certificate or satisfactory completion within first 30 days of employment.
• High School Diploma or Equivalent, preferred.
• Six months warehouse experience, preferred.

Responsibilities

• Load, unload, move, stock, and stage products using forklifts or other power equipment.
• Pull and prepare product for shipment with exact count and types.
• Keep records and reports for inventory accuracy.
• Comply with OSHA and MSDS standards.
• Verify load accuracy; report variances as necessary.
• Maintain equipment and materials in neat, clean condition.
• Assist in physical inventories.
• Complete daily inspection of equipment.
• Oversee and monitor team for performance accuracy.
• Train fellow team members.
