Job summary

Id-Logistics in Austell, GA is seeking a warehouse associate for the second shift. You will load, unload, stock, and stage products using powered equipment, while maintaining a clean work area and following OSHA standards.

Daily tasks include inspecting equipment, moving shipments to storage locations, and keeping accurate inventory records. You will also assist in physical inventories, ensure proper stock rotation, and coordinate with Customer Service, Transportation, and Maintenance to meet

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; three+ years related experience or equivalent.
• Must complete post-hire assessments.
• Must obtain equipment certifications (e.g. OSHA).

Responsibilities

• Load, unload, move, stock, and stage products using powered industrial equipment.
• Maintain equipment and materials in a neat, clean and orderly fashion.
• Inspect assigned equipment daily.
• Operate equipment safely following OSHA standards.
• Unload inbound shipments and move product to storage locations.
• Stack and store product in designated areas.
• Pull and prepare products for shipment and ensure correct quantity and type.
• Move product from staging to rail cars, trailers, or containers.
• Ensure shipments are accurate and undamaged; report variances.
• Keep records to ensure tight inventory control and security.
• Assist in physical inventories.
• Ensure proper stock rotation.
• Follow customer requirements for load counts and safety.
• Coordinate with other departments; perform housekeeping.
