Job summary

Custom Building Products in Lithia Springs, GA is seeking an experienced Forklift Operator for a 2nd shift (Mon-Fri, 2:00 PM - 10:30 PM) with overtime. You will pick, ship and receive products timely and accurately, following supervision and safety protocols.

Operate a sit-down forklift and walkie rider, retrieve and put away material, and lift up to 50 pounds. A $1.00/hour shift premium applies, with potential for a further $1.00/hour increase after 90 days and comprehensive company benefits.

Qualifications

• Ability to read and understand work orders and complex instructions.

• Excellent attendance and punctuality.

Responsibilities

• Use forklift or walkie rider to pick, ship and/or receive products timely
• Receive instructions and schedules from plant supervision.
• Follow all safety protocols and maintain a clean, orderly work environment
• Retrieve or put away material using a sit-down industrial forklift.
• Ensure that all finished product meets quality standard.
• Ready and able to lift up to 50 pounds.
