Gorbel is recruiting for a Receiver/Shipper on the 2nd shift in Goodyear, AZ. You will manage the flow of incoming materials and prepare outgoing shipments using forklifts, cranes and ERP tools. Precision and safety are essential in handling heavy loads.

Requirements include a high school diploma, ability to pass truck/crane certification, and proficient data entry with Windows/Excel. Reading blueprints and tape measures is required, with strong communication with logistics teams.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Must pass truck and crane certification with training upon hire.
• Proficient with Windows, Word, Excel and basic data entry.
• Able to read tape measure and blueprints.

Responsibilities

• Load/unload trucks with raw steel beams and palletized loads up to 60 feet long.
• Operate forklifts, cranes and hoist systems for heavy loads.
• Build skids and packaging to optimize space and protect loads.
• Create shipping logs and communicate with logistics to ensure accuracy.
• Inspect incoming/outgoing material for quality and quantities.
