Job summary

Tellworks Logistics is seeking a reliable Receiving Associate for the 2nd shift (Mon-Fri, 4:00 pm - 12:30 am) in Jeffersonville, IN. You will receive, store, and distribute materials, ensure inbound shipments are accurately recorded, and support inventory integrity across the warehouse.

As the first step in the warehouse process, you will work with multiple teams, use warehouse systems, and help prevent discrepancies by verifying documentation and records. Flexibility for overtime is required.

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Receiving Associate to join our team. The successful candidate will receive, store, and distribute materials, tools, equipment, and products within the warehouse. The Receiving Associate is responsible for accurately receiving inbound shipments and ensuring inventory is entered correctly into the warehouse. As the first step in the warehouse process, this role helps maintain inventory accuracy and supports the success of all downstream operations.

Essential Functions

• Receive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments.
• Identify and resolve inventory, freight, and documentation discrepancies.
• Research and correct receiving issues before inventory is processed.
• Maintain accurate records and follow inventory control procedures.
