Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience operating machine tools and performing quality checks.
• Ability to read blueprints or job orders and interpret measurements.
• Knowledge of safety procedures and PPE requirements.
• Strong attention to detail and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Operate assigned machinery and monitor efficiency; perform basic maintenance and quality checks.
• Set up and operate machines; read blueprints and tooling instructions.
• Observe machine operations, detect defects, and adjust machines to improve performance.
• Troubleshoot issues and submit maintenance requests; keep area clean and organized.
• Train others on proper set up and operation of machines; follow safety procedures.
