Milwaukee Tool is hiring a Quality Technician I to ensure product quality on the manufacturing floor. You will conduct inspections, support metrology activities, and maintain documentation for quality processes.

This role emphasizes teamwork, adherence to specifications, and proactive problem solving. Requirements include 1+ years in quality or 3+ years manufacturing, basic MS Office skills, and the ability to read blueprints.

Qualifikationen

• 1+ years of previous quality experience or 3+ years of manufacturing experience.
• Basic understanding of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook).
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to read blueprints and interpret specifications.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.

Aufgaben

• Perform daily audits of manufacturing processes to ensure products meet specifications and standards.
• Operate metrology equipment (CMM/VMM, calipers, micrometers) and measure parts.
• Initiate quality system documentation (inspections, NCMRs, quality alerts).
• Support operator training and cross-functional communication across shifts.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of quality processes and safety adherence.
