Job summary

Alene Candles in Ohio seeks a 2nd Shift Quality Technician I to support candle and home fragrance production with a focus on quality adherence. You will perform inspections, record results, and help maintain data logs while supporting continuous improvement initiatives. This role offers a path to higher QA levels within 12-18 months.

Working 2nd shift, 2:30pm–10:30pm, with a $1,000 bonus and a safety-first environment dedicated to producing the best products.

Qualifications

• 1+ year as an inspector or similar position monitoring quality attributes.
• Must be able to speak and understand English.

Responsibilities

• Supports the supervisor with quality related items in a manufacturing process environment.
• Monitors and verifies corrective and preventive actions are effective and sustainable.
• Evaluates efficiency standards and measures performance to targets.
• Tracks and supports corrective actions to maintain and improve efficiencies.
• Collects data, maintains metrics, and reports on manufacturing health.
• Performs audits of processes, lines, and procedures; provides backup coverage.
