Job summary

Ice Industries, Inc. in Mason, Ohio, is seeking a 2nd shift Q.C. Line Auditor to perform quality audits on all production jobs in accordance with written instructions and customer requirements.

You will reject nonconforming product, train staff on Process Check Sheets, maintain traceability, and assist production with problem solving while ensuring adherence to QMS/TS-16949 and safety protocols. Overtime may be required.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal in English.
• Mathematically inclined, basic use of gauges and measurement tools.
• Basic computer skills.
• Understanding of QMS and TS-16949.

Responsibilities

• Perform quality process audits of all production jobs running as per customer requirements.
• Reject, contain and tag nonconforming product.
• Train employees on Process Check Sheets, document and verify training.
• Assure routing/move tags are placed on all containers and completed correctly.
• Assist production with problem solving on quality issues.
