Job summary

Adecco US, Inc. is seeking a Quality Inspector for 2nd shift to inspect incoming materials, WIP, and finished products to ensure compliance with drawings and ISO standards.

The role collaborates with production supervisors and manufacturing personnel to support quality throughout the process. The position requires 3+ years in quality inspection within manufacturing, ability to read blueprints, and use precision measurement tools.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of Quality Control or Quality Inspection experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Experience with metal fabrication, welding, steel/aluminum components, or heavy industrial manufacturing preferred.
• Experience with electromechanical assemblies is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform visual, dimensional, and functional inspections of incoming materials, manufactured components, and finished products.
• Conduct inspections and testing on raw materials, WIP components, and completed assemblies.
• Interpret blueprints, schematics, shop drawings, and SolidWorks drawings as references during inspections.
• Perform 100% dimensional inspections when required.
• Maintain accurate inspection records and quality documentation for all inspection activities.
• Facilitate, communicate, and monitor rework and scrap processes.
