Job summary

Kelly Services seeks a Quality Control Inspector for a 2nd shift (3PM–11PM) in Chelmsford, MA, to verify materials, perform inspections, and ensure product conformance. The role uses Vision Systems and various test equipment, with documentation and data recording responsibilities.

Requires a high school diploma and 1–3 years in QC, plus ability to lift up to 50 lbs. The position supports manufacturing operations, with MS Office skills and familiarity with SOPs, drawings, and ECOs.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1–3 years in QC/inspection in a manufacturing setting preferred.
• Able to read specifications, procedures, and engineering drawings.
• Familiar with mechanical and electronic test equipment.
• Proficient with MS Office; Oracle and MES experience preferred.
• Capable of lifting up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Verify procured materials, sub-assemblies, finished products and processes meet quality standards.
• Perform visual inspections, dimensional measurements and electrical testing for conformance.
• Use inspection tools such as Vision Systems, Vernier calipers, micrometers, oscilloscopes, DVMs, power supplies and analyzers.
• Document inspection/test results per procedures.
• Maintain Device History Records (DHR) and Inspection History Records.
