Job summary

Forte Opening Solutions seeks a General Laborer for 2nd shift in a door manufacturing environment. You will participate in loading, unloading, assembling, and moving doors, rotating through tasks to support production flow.

Responsibilities include following schedules, performing quality checks, operating hand and power tools, and safely using a forklift. A strong attendance record and willingness to work safely are required.

Qualifications

Read, understand, and follow production schedules.
Read production orders and schematics; adjust equipment parameters as needed.
Gather materials according to production schedules for smooth workflow.
Perform quality checks to meet manufacturing specs.
Communicate professionally to support product flow in the plant.
Maintain downtime records and production information as appropriate.
Perform housekeeping duties.

Contribute to a safe work environment by following all safety rules and Target Zero philosophy.
Read, understand, and follow production schedules ensuring correct product is made at the right time.
Follow production orders and schematics; adjust equipment parameters to meet specs.
Gather materials per schedules to sustain continuous door crafting flow.
Perform quality checks throughout to ensure specifications are met.
Communicate effectively to support product flow in the plant.
Maintain downtime records and production information.
