Job summary

J&O Plastics in Rittman, OH, is seeking a full-time Quality Inspector for second shift to join our manufacturing team. You will oversee real-time inspection and auditing on the production floor, ensuring compliance with quality standards, customer specifications, and our Quality Management System.

You will promote quality assurance best practices and support continuous improvement initiatives while training on the first shift during a 4–6 week ramp-up period.

The Quality Inspector will primarily be responsible for overseeing real-time inspection and auditing activities on the production floor to ensure compliance with quality standards, customer specifications, and the company’s Quality Management System. This role serves as a quality ambassador within the plant, driving quality assurance best practices and supporting continuous improvement initiatives.

Please note this is a Second Shift Position. Training will be conducted on First Shift and will last 4-6 weeks.
