dsm-firmenich Princeton, NJ is seeking a Quality Control Technician (2nd Shift) to perform routine lab testing, document results with accuracy, and help troubleshoot issues. You’ll maintain calibration of equipment and ensure compliance with GMP and safety standards.

This role requires a Bachelor’s degree in science and at least 2 years in quality control, with a shift from 11:00 AM to 7:30 PM, Monday through Friday. Salary ranges from $31 to $34 per hour, plus a comprehensive rewards package.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in science or related field required.
• Minimum of 2 years in quality control or a similar laboratory environment.
• Fluency in English; additional languages a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine quality control lab testing independently and follow established procedures.
• Ensure accurate documentation and data integrity across all testing steps, from prep to completion.
• Review and verify test results, reporting any deviations or OOS findings per protocol.
• Maintain and calibrate laboratory equipment while following GMP, safety, and environmental guidelines.
• Support problem-solving and production needs by analyzing special samples and helping resolve issues.
