Job summary

Repligen Corporation’s Clifton Park facility is seeking a Quality Control Inspector I for the 2nd shift (2:00pm-10:30pm, Mon-Fri). The role focuses on inspecting products to meet strict quality criteria, documenting results, and resolving issues with manufacturing teams in an ISO 7 cleanroom.

Candidates should have a High School Diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s preferred) and familiarity with QA/QC or cleanroom environments. The hourly range is $21–$23 with a $1.00 shift differential.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree in science or related experience preferred.
• Attention to detail and ability to work in a structured environment are essential.
• Experience in QA/QC or cleanroom environments is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Inspect products against acceptance criteria to maintain high-quality standards.
• Collaborate with manufacturing teams to identify and resolve quality issues.
• Read and interpret engineering drawings, specifications, and purchase orders.
• Document inspection results accurately using Microsoft Office and other software.
• Operate in an ISO 7 cleanroom following strict gowning procedures.
