Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1+ years of manufacturing quality experience preferred.
• Experience with quality inspections and quality systems desired.
• Exposure to Lean Manufacturing or continuous improvement initiatives is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform first article, in-process, and final product inspections to verify conformance with customer specifications and quality standards.
• Conduct routine quality audits throughout the manufacturing process and report findings to leadership.
• Identify and support resolution of quality concerns, nonconforming materials, and process deviations.
• Assist with CAPA investigations through data collection, root cause analysis, and verification of corrective actions.
• Maintain accurate inspection records, calibration records, and quality documentation.
• Support Lean initiatives, 5S, and waste reduction activities across the facility.
