Job summary

Donaldson is seeking a warehouse/ops associate for 2nd shift (2:30 PM – 11:30 PM) with overtime. Responsibilities include processing pick lists, updating WMS, handling packing details, and maintaining documentation.

You will support inventory, reports, and floor tasks while adhering to DOT/HAZMAT and safety policies. The role requires basic literacy, math, and strong organizational skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Office and Oracle browsers.

Qualifications

• Must be able to read and write basic information accurately.
• Basic math skills including adding, subtracting, multiplying and dividing.
• Strong communication skills both written and verbal.
• Capable of light to heavy lifting up to 50 pounds.
• Excellent planning and organizational abilities are required.
• Demonstrated problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.
• Ability to work overtime as needed.
• Experience with office equipment such as fax and copier is helpful.
• Proficient in data entry and maintaining documentation.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, Access, PowerPoint) and internet.
• Familiar with WMS and Execution Dashboard systems.
• Able to handle multi-tasking and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Capable of operating power industrial equipment.
• Experience with RF and voice picking is a plus.
• Familiar with Oracle browsers and basic navigation.
• Must be able to read blueprints and use measurement tools.

Responsibilities

• Reprints pick lists when necessary and adjusts as needed.
• Looks up backup locations via WMS.
• Processes pack detail for various products and orders.
• Maintains files for all documents created (wave reports, reviews).
• Run and distribute daily reports to staff as required.
• Provide administrative support and assist with special projects.
• Provide work to the floor in a timely manner.
• Fix allocation issues and adjust inventory.
• Lock, cancel, and release systematic tasks when needed.
• Prioritize importance of customer orders.
• Perform incoming inspections as required.
• Rebox, returns and rework as needed.
• Comply with DOT, HAZMAT and environmental policies.
• Use all designated PPE as required.
