Job summary

Donaldson Company in Indiana seeks a dependable warehouse associate for the 2nd shift (2:30 PM – 11:30 PM; overtime to 1:00 AM). You will handle pick lists, WMS lookups, packing detail, reports, and inventory tasks while maintaining accurate files and complying with safety policies.

The position requires basic reading/writing, math skills, and strong organization. Proficiency with Microsoft Office, WMS, Oracle, RF picking, and blueprints is expected. Heavy lifting up to 50 lbs is required.

Qualifications

• Read and write clearly; basic math skills; accurate data entry.
• Able to communicate verbally and in writing with coworkers and supervisors.
• Capable of lifting up to 50 pounds and performing light to heavy lifting.
• Strong planning and organizational skills with good problem-solving ability.
• Overtime may be required to meet workload and deadlines.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, Access, PowerPoint) and internet.
• Proficient with WMS and Execution Dashboard.
• Proficient in Oracle and able to operate in Oracle Browsers.
• Able to read blueprints and use measurement tools.

Responsibilities

• Reprints pick list and adjusts as needed.
• Looks up backup locations via WMS.
• Processes pack detail for products/orders.
• Maintains files for documents (wave reports, reviews, etc.).
• Distributes daily reports to staff as needed.
• Provides admin support and handles special projects.
• Assigns work to floor in a timely manner.
• Fixes allocation issues and adjusts inventory.
• Lock, cancel, and release tasks in the system.
• Prioritizes orders by importance.
• Performs incoming inspections as required.
• Reboxes, handles returns and rework as needed.
• Complies with DOT, HAZMAT, and environmental policies.
• Uses necessary PPE.
