Job summary

Donaldson is seeking a Warehouse Associate at our Indiana facility for 2nd shift (2:30 PM – 11:30 PM; overtime until 1:00 AM). The role includes picking, packing, inventory control, reporting, and general administrative support in a fast-paced distribution center.

Candidates should be proficient with WMS, Oracle, and Microsoft Office, able to lift up to 50 pounds, and capable of multitasking while maintaining accuracy and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Must be able to read and write.
• Basic math skills (add, subtract, multiply, divide) and measurement understanding.
• Strong planning and organizational skills.
• Good written and verbal communication.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work OT as needed.
• Proficiency with WMS, Oracle, and Excel/Office tools.

Responsibilities

• Reprints pick list when necessary and adjusts accordingly.
• Looks up backup locations via WMS.
• Processes pack detail for various products/orders.
• Maintains files for all documents (wave reports, monthly reviews).
• Run and distribute daily reports to staff as needed.
• Provide administrative support and handle special projects as assigned.
• Provide work to floor in a timely manner.
• Fix allocation issues and adjust inventory.
• Lock, cancel, and release systematic tasks as needed.
• Prioritize orders by importance.
• Perform incoming inspections; rebox, returns and rework as needed.
• Comply with DOT, HAZMAT and environmental policies.
