Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Familiarity with computers and iPad systems is a plus.
• Product knowledge of beef or pork helpful.
• Good time management and communication skills.
• Must read, write, and speak English.

Responsibilities

• Assess product to ensure compliance with customer specifications.
• Instruct line employees on customer specifications professionally.
• Collaborate with QA Manager and Production Management on analysis projects.
• Ensure wholesome, food-safe product for customers.
• Monitor food safety and employee safety throughout the facility.
• Assist in other duties as assigned by QA Management.
