Job summary

RPM Industrial Coatings Group in Hudson, NC is seeking a 2nd Shift QC Technician (Shift Differential) with a $1,000 sign-on bonus. This role assists with quality procedures, monitors production batches, and communicates deviations from standards.

Responsibilities include checking batches, advising adjustments, rechecking until within specs, and recording results in the D365 system. The position requires a high school diploma and proficient math/writing skills.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Proficient math and written communication skills.
• Good computer skills; Excel required.
• Up to three years in QC helpful.
• Batchmaking familiarity helpful.

Responsibilities

• Check production batches against standards and advise adjustments.
• Recheck batches after adjustments to meet specs.
• Record QC results in D365.
• Calibrate QC/QA equipment as needed.
• Consult QC manager on out-of-spec products.
• Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor.
